1. How to create a user account:

• Click on the "Create new account" option.
• You must choose one of the two forms of registration to continue with the process: "Old student" or "New student".
• If you have taken a course, a placement test or previously taken a DELE certification exam, your data should be in our systems and therefore, we recommend that you register as a "Former Student", so that all your online registrations will be attached to your current file. Remember that you must use the same e-mail account with which you registered in our systems. When you enter the email, we will validate your data and if it is correct, you will receive an email with your portal access data and your personal data information that is on record in our systems.
• If this is the first time you have had any contact with the Instituto Cervantes or you are not registered in any of our systems, you must select the option "New student", complete all the data and at the end you will receive an email with the access data to the portal.

2. How do I recover my password?

You can recover your password by clicking on the Request a new password option, enter your email address and you will receive an email with the steps to reset your password.

3. I am a former student of Instituto Cervantes, I have taken a DELE exam or I have been enrolled in a course from the general or special course offerings, do I need to create a user account?

Yes, and you must select the "Former student" option and enter the same email account with which you registered in our systems, so that we can identify your data.

1. What can I buy in the store?

In the Instituto Cervantes store you can purchase registration fees for the Spanish courses offered at our centers. Through its network of centers around the world, the Instituto Cervantes offers a wide range of Spanish as a foreign language courses. General language courses are offered, organized by levels according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), as well as courses adapted to specific needs or, for example, language courses for specific purposes. Both courses are also in line with the Instituto Cervantes Curriculum Plan (PCIC).

You can also register for the Diplomas of Spanish as a Foreign Language (DELE). These official qualifications, accrediting the degree of competence and mastery of the Spanish language, are awarded by the Instituto Cervantes on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport of Spain. The DELE covers all variants of Spanish and they are considered equally valid for obtaining the diploma. The DELE exams are designed following the guidelines of the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) of the Council of Europe, which guarantees a practical way of establishing an international and objective standard measurement of the level to be reached at each stage of teaching and in the evaluation of results.
